「天水圍唱 ── 相長計劃」為本地社會企業「圍唱音樂」之社區無伴奏合唱相長教育計劃。計劃將與天水圍區內中小學合作，提供全面的無伴奏合唱音樂訓練，從中培育區內中學生成為無伴奏合唱導師，為小學生提供無伴奏合唱教學，藉此促進青少年及兒童的個人成長。計劃後期將製作原創歌曲，並舉辦社區匯演，增強社區連結，提升地區歸屬感。

“天水圍唱 ── 相長計劃” is an a cappella train-the-trainer project under a Hong Kong-based Social Enterprise - “Wai Sing Music” newly founded in 2019. Aiming to facilitate personal growth of children and youth, the project will provide extensive professional a cappella classes by grooming secondary school students to become skilled a cappella trainers to primary school students in the community. In the latter stage of this project, original music production, and community a cappella shows will also be conducted to strengthen the community bonding, and increase the sense of belonging of the community.
