成立於 2017 年，覺藝術中心旨在透過另類藝術教育和本地藝術社群營造，促進多元及由下而上的本土文化，增強香港的軟實力。
計劃將透過與本地藝術家和主流小學合作，利用本中心的部份盈餘為本地但收入家庭學生提供高質素的課外藝術課程，讓更多地基層學生能培養個性，發展創意；同時善用不同空間舉辦更多社區藝術活動，以支持本地創作，促進青年藝術家與大眾的互動，營造更理想的本地藝術生態圈。

Gowld Art Centre founded in 2017 aims to facilitate the development of a diverse and bottom-up local cultural environment via alternative art education and local artist community building to ultimately strengthen the soft power of Hong Kong.
In collaboration with young local artists and mainstream primary schools, Gowld Art Centre promotes individual originality and creativity among local students from low-income families by offering high-quality extra-curriculum art education programme which is subsidized by their profit. The project will also build a stronger local artist community by organising art activities in various communal spaces to support their creative works and to bridge the gap between young artists and the general public.
