2017-18「健體 x 友伴」計劃 “Fitness x Mentorship” Scheme 2017-18

香港中文大學體育部與博群全人發展中心正舉辦「健體 x 友伴」計劃。


參加此計劃的中大學生在接受一項專業的運動訓練之餘,亦會與來自附近社區的中學生結為友伴,擔當「大哥哥」或「大姐姐」的角色,共同享受運動的樂趣時,也達至教學相長。


學生可選報以下一項健體運動:


項目選擇及訓練時間


項目一: 街跑

由專業教練提供八節有系統兼富趣味的跑步訓練,並以完成 10 公里為目標主,讓參加者對長跑產生興趣、強身健體及培養馬拉松精神。


共八節,2017 年 10 月至 11 月(星期五或六下午)

*為必須出席


項目二: 花式跳繩

由專業教練提供八節有系統兼富趣味的花式跳繩訓練,讓參加者對花式跳繩產生興趣、強身健體及培養體育精神。


共八節,2017 年 10 月至 11 月(星期五或六下午)


項目三: 羽毛球

由專業教練提供八節有系統兼富趣味的羽毛球訓練,讓參加者對羽毛球產生興趣、強身健體及培養體育精神。


共八節,2017 年 10 月至 11 月(星期五或六下午)

參加者要求

  1. 必須出席面試(時段見報名表)

  2. 參與中大學生必須出席最少六節的健體運動訓練,並擔當中學生的良師益友。(可參與全部節數學生將獲優先考慮)

The Physical Education Unit and the I·CARE Centre for Whole-person Development is launching a “Fitness x Mentorship” Scheme to promote energy and wellness, one of the five core attributes of whole-person development under the I·CARE framework.


Participating CUHK students will receive professional training in a sport while empowering a group of secondary students.


Sports Items and Schedules


Programme 1: Street Run

The aim of this programme is to provide long-distance run training to help students succeed in life and achieve their goals while improving health. Students will also become mentors of secondary school students and develop positive relationship with them.


Running: 8 sessions, Friday / Saturday afternoon in October - November 2017

*Compulsory



Programme 2: Rope Skipping

The aim of this programme is to provide rope skipping training to help students succeed in life and achieve their goals while improving health. Students will also become mentors of secondary school students and develop positive relationship with them.


Rope Skipping: 8 sessions, Friday / Saturday afternoon in October - November 2017


Programme 3: Badminton

The aim of this programme is to provide badminton training to help students succeed in life and achieve their goals while improving health. Students will also become mentors of secondary school students and develop positive relationship with them.


Badminton: 8 sessions, Friday / Saturday afternoon in October - November 2017

Enrolment Deadline

20 September 2017 (Wednesday)


Mandatory Requirements

  1. To attend the selection interview (Timetable vide the enrolment form)

  2. To attend at least 6 training sessions and take part in the mentorship scheme. Priority will be given to students who can attend all sessions.
