A Walk in Community with I·CARE - 1st Session– Open for Enrollment!


This 1st session will lead students into the Sham Shui Po district to visit the Hong Kong Society for the Blind. Through this visit, participants will have the opportunity to learn about the services provided by the organization for visually impaired individuals, experience a simulated blind walk, and interact with visually impaired individuals to hear their life stories.

 

Details of the event are as follows:


Date: 26th February 2024 (Monday)

Time: 3:45 PM to 5:15 PM

Language: Cantonese

Capacity: 30 participants (first-come, first-served basis)

Fee: Free of charge

Deposit: HK$100 (refunded upon attendance)

*The Hong Kong Society for the Blind, established in 1956, offers various services to visually impaired individuals, including rehabilitation and vocational training, education support, and employment guidance.
